Babies and dogs

Stupid Blogger is acting up again today...or it's my computer. Let's hope it's Blogger. Anyway, I can't upload any pictures and I took some over the weekend. The best being some of new baby Brady, J & B's little one. Mr and I finally got over there to see them yesterday and he is just as precious as I remembered from my visit to see him on his first full day on earth. I got some really precious pictures of him and of course, of his feet--you know my fascination with baby feet and his are just so tiny and cute!

I also took some pictures of my shadow this weekend. Mr and I were keeping girl child's dog this weekend while she went to Gatlinburg for a friend's wedding. Beau, a.k.a. my shadow, followed me everywhere. If I went to the kitchen, he was there; if I went outside, he was there; if I went to the bathroom, he was there, and of course, while I was on the computer, he was there. He's so sweet and loves to have me rub behind his ears. He's not usually that into me but apparently he was this weekend.

Mr and I went gambling last night. Actually we had to run to Louisville for him to do a work-related thing, and then we hit the casino on the way back. Actually, we were stopping for the all-you-can-eat buffet which has the absolute BEST crab legs I've ever had. Little did we know that they only do crab legs on the weekend; nevertheless, we had dinner and I hit for $165 on $1 Wheel of Fortune! Yes, I spun once and hit for $125 and spun one more time and got $40. I spun for a couple more times, but had enough sense to quit and cash out while I was still up. That's unusual for me. We were only in the casino probably 15 minutes, tops and then we took our money and ran. All in all, it was a very successfull little jaunt down the highway.
