It's raining again

This is the second day in a row that we're going to have to deal with rain here. Yesterday we had some really bad storms go through and I didn't even know about it. Apparently yesterday afternoon there were tornado warnings all around this area. I was at work and we had no idea what was going on outside, except that it was storming. Turns out nothing happened. It was rumored that a tornado was on the ground south of here, but we never heard that confirmed on the news. Right now, it's getting ready to storm again. Miss Daisy hates storms. She followed me around all morning yesterday and is doing the same today. Her whole little body just shakes when there's thunder. It's pitiful to watch and there's no way to console her.

Can you believe that Mr and I fell asleep on the couch last night after we ate dinner at about 7 and I slept until midnight when Mr woke me up to go to bed? Then I slept through until 6:45 this morning. He woke me up at 6 when he left for work, but I fell back asleep. Apparently I was really tired. Married life is alive and thriving here! Obviously I got nothing done for the yard sale last night. I hope to get off work at 3 today so maybe I'll get something done today.

I ordered the invitations for J's baby shower yesterday. I can't wait to get them. I hope they're as cute in person as they were online. Yesterday it was 2 months until the shower. The summer is really flying by, although probably not fast enough for her since she's the one who's pregnant.

I forgot to tell you that we still haven't gotten the video of the wedding. I finally found out yesterday that he apparently sent it to the wrong address--not my old address and obviously not this address, but some address in Ft. Mitchell. I have no idea who he sent it to, but it wasn't us. He's supposed to send out another copy yesterday or today so hopefully we'll have it by the end of the week. I'll give you a review as soon as we get it.
