Gotta love Mondays

I didn't end up doing the makeup trial yesterday. I felt really bad about the time I would've had to start getting ready so I cancelled. We are doing it next Saturday. I seem to feel fine today. Go figure.


This week is full of wedding-related tasks. I guess this is how it's going to be until the big day. I'm sure it will all get done and what doesn't get done, oh well!

I have to work tonight 6 to 9:30. I was going to go to the grocery to get stuff to start making some good meals, but I guess that won't happen. I'm going to take the male child with me as he needs to learn some cooking techniques so he doesn't live on Skyline chili for the rest of his life. It's not like I am a cooking queen or anything like that, but I've been living alone for a while so I have some tips--more skills than what he has right now!

We ended up having a showing of the house on Saturday--at least I think so. They called to cancel because they were running really late, but I told them that since I'm not living there, they can go whenever they want. No one called me with a contract so I don't know if they went or not. I have to go down there today to get some stuff and just check on the house. I'll be so glad when everything is in one place and I don't feel the obligation to go down there most days. I should start having my mail forwarded sometime this week so that will help with me not feeling I have to go there every day.
